Ingredients:
12    Fig, fresh; peeled &
-quartered
1 tb Cognac
1 c  Heavy cream, whipped
1/3 c  Curacao

Marinate the figs in the cognac 30 minutes or longer. Mix the cream and
Cura#ao. Fold in the figs and any cognac that they have not absorbed.
