Ingredients:
2/3 c Sugar 1/2 c FRYs Cocoa 1/2 c Water 1/2 c Margarine 1 ts Vanilla
Combine sygar and cocoa in a small saucepan. Stir in water. Cook and stir
over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently
for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Cool.
Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
