Combine First 7 Ingredients in A Heavy, Nonaluminum Saucepan; Bring To A
Boil. Reduce Heat To Medium-Low & Simmer, Uncovered 20-25 Min. OR Until
Liquid Has Evaporated, Stirring Frequently. Remove From Heat; Stir in Salt.
Let Cool 5 Min. Stir in Dill. Spoon Into A Serving Bowl. Let Cool To Room
Temperature.
