1/2 c Water 4 oz Pear baby food 2 Egg whites 1/2 ts Salt 2 c Bread flour 1 c Whole wheat flour 3 tb Sugar 1 tb Nonfat dry milk 2 ts Yeast 1 tb Honey 1/4 c Packed brown sugar 2 ts Cinnamon 1/2 c Raisins; optional Chopped nuts; optional
1. Combine first 9 ingredients (Water throuth Yeast), in bread machine pan
in the order recommended by manufacturer. Set on dough cycle. 2. When cycle
is complete, remove dough from pan to a lightly floured surface. If
neccesary add enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Let rise 15
minutes. 3. Roll dough into 14 by 10 in rectangle. For filling brush honey
on dough; evenly sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnimon raisins and nuts.
Beginning at long end, roll up tightly, pinch ends to seal. Cut into 8
equal pieces. place cut side up on greased 9 inch round cake pan or 11 by 7
inch baking pan. 4. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, 30-45
minutes. 5. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until done. Remove from pan
and cool on rack. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing. (See Recipe).
