Ingredients:
3 sl Bacon 1 Finely diced carrot 1 Finely diced celery stalk 1 Finely diced small onion 1 c Grated havarti 6 Whitefish fillets 2 tb Butter 2 c MORNAY sauce
Heat oven to 350. Finely dice bacon & saute. Add vegetables & sauce
until tender. Allow to cool. Combine mixture with cheese. Press
cheese mixture onto each fillet & roll. Bake in buttered pan for
15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, place on plates & cover with heated
Mornay.
