Ingredients:
1 Habanero chile 1 Ripe mango 1 lg Ripe peach 1 Lime; juice of Curry powder Cumin
Its not exactly a salsa but I make a chutney that goes very well with
grilled meats and fish. I dont have the recipe at my office but roughly
it includes:
I just drop the habanero in a running food processor and then add the other
ingredients and pulse until semi smooth. The habanero gives it a nice heat
in contrast to the sweetness of the fruit. Its been a big hit at the
summer potlucks. I am giving this recipe from memory (which is fading
quickly it seems) so let me know if you would like the “official” recipe
and I will post it from home.
