Ingredients:
6 Pears (peel, stems on) 2 tb Lemon juice 3 c Maple syrup 1 1/2 c Water 1/2 c 35% cream 2 tb Icing sugar
Sprinkle pears with lemon, simmer 20 minutes in syrup & water & chill.
Reduce syrup solution over low heat 20-30 minutes & chill. Seve with
whipped cream.
