Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef 3/4 c Chopped onion 1 Clove garlic, minced 2 tb Mexene chili powder 1 tb Flour 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ground cumin 1/2 ts Sugar 1 cn Tomato sauce, 8 ounce size 1 c Water
brown meat, onion, garlic together, then drain excess fat. Stir in
remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
