Ingredients:
3 pk Frozen chopped spinach
1 c  Lite sour cream
1 pk Onion soup mix
1 ts Margarine
1/4 c  Bread crumbs
1/4 c  Grated parmesan cheese

Thaw & drain spainach, squeezing out aas much water as possible. Mix sour
cream & onion soup mix. Toss with spinach and mix well. Put mixture in a
2 quart casserole. Melt margarine. Stir in crumbs and cheese and spread on
top. Bake at 325 for 30 to 40 minutes.
