Ingredients:
3/4 c Mashed potatoes 1 lb Coconut (4 cups) 1 ts Almond extract 1 lb Powdered sugar
-COATING –
6 oz Chocolate bits
4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING: Melt
over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge. Store in
tightly sealed container. NOTE: Any chocolate will work, aslong as it will
