1 1/2 c Shredded sharp cheddar Cheese 1/2 c Low fat cottage cheese 2 tb Port wine 1 tb Parsley chopped fine 1/4 ts Dry mustard 1/8 ts Ground red pepper 3 tb Chopped walnuts
In small bowl, with electric mixer at high, beat first 6 ingredients. FOld
in nuts; chill.
