Ingredients:
3 tb Butter 1 lb Scallops 3 tb Flour 1 c Heavy cream 1/4 c Sherry 1 tb Paprika 3 Minced green onions
Heat butter in large skillet. Add scallops & saute 5 minutes.
Sprinkle in flour. Cook 2 minutes. Add cream, sherry & paprika.
Reduce heat & simmer 8-10 minutes or until thick. Sprinkle with
onions. Serve over fettuccine.
