Ingredients:
8 oz Cheese, cottage (creamy) 1/4 c Cheese, blue (or Roqueufort) 1 ts Salt 2 ts Dill seed, ground; OR 2 ts. -whole caraway seeds 24 Celry ribs (3") Parsley, fresh; minced
Coat chicken with remainder of cooking sauce.
Grill over moderately hot fire for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 3
minutes.
