Ingredients:
1/3 c Red wine vingar 1/3 c Salad oil 1 sm Onion; sliced, separate -into rings 1 ts Salt 2 ts Dried parsley flakes 1 ts Prepared mustard 1 tb Brown sugar 1 Jar (12-oz) mushrooms; -drained
Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer
5-6 minutes. Refrigerate several hours in a covered container.
