Ingredients:
1 lb Bacon,chopped 1 Onion,chopped 8 Large eggs,beaten 1 lb Russet potatoes,peeled and g 2 3/4 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 ts Tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 9 x 13″ glass baking dish.
Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp.Drain well.Combine eggs with
potatoes and cheese.Mix in bacon.Pour,evenly,into baking dish.Bake about 45
minutes or until center is set.Serves 6 to 8.
