Ingredients:
2 Boneless, skinless chicken .breasts, split and flatten 4 sl Provolone cheese 1/2 ts Oregano 1/2 c Flavored bread crumbs Sprig of parsley, if desired 1 ts Butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs in a flat dish; press both sides
of the chicken into the crumbs. Place coated chicken pieces in a greased
9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano, and top with cheese. Sprinkle with
parsley and dot with butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
