Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese; Room Temp. 1/3 c Raisins or Currants 1/2 ts Ginger 1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Chutney; Chopped 4 tb Sherry; Medium Dry
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants,
ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a T at a time, until the mixture
is of spreading consistency.
