FOR BEEF,POULTRY,PORK,LAMB 1 Small garlic clove; crushed 1 ts Vegetable oil 1/4 c Red wine 1 ts Allspice berries; crushed 2 ts Black peppercorns; crushed
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1/3 cup.
