Ingredients:
2 lb Bottom round steak (1/4" Thick) Flour Salt & pepper Butter 8 lg Peeled & sliced potatoes 5 Sliced onions 1/4 c Minced fresh parsley 2 1/2 c Beef stock 1 c Beer
Flour meat. Salt & pepper lightly. Heat 3 Tbls. butter in skillet &
brown. In baking dish 16*10*3″, place half the meat on bottom. Add
layer of half the potatoes & half the onions. Sprinkle with salt &
pepper & half the parsley. Repeat. Pour stock & beer over all. Cover
with foil & bake 250 oven for 3-4 hours. Let stand 15 minutes.
