Ingredients:
1 Oven bag, large 2 tb Flour 1 cn (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes 1 Env onion soup mix 1/2 c Water 1/4 ts Pepper 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut in thin Strips 2 c Hot cooked rice
Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in bag; place in 13X9X2″ pan. Add
undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water & pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to
blend ingredients. Add beef to bag. Turn bag to coat beef with sauce.
Arrange ingredients in an even layer. Close bag with tie; cut six
1/2″ slits in top. Bake until beef is tender, 40-45 minutes. Serve
over hot rice.
