Ingredients:
1 lb Hot pork sausage; bulk 1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese; grated 3 1/2 c Biscuit mix
Let sausage and cheese stand until it reaches room temperature; then mix
well. Roll into small balls. Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown, about
20 to 25 minutes. This recipe makes about 100 balls.
