Ingredients:
2 lb Sliced beef or calves liver 4 sl Bacon -- cut in half 1/2 c Carrot -- chopped 1/2 c Celery -- chopped 1 Small onion -- sliced 1 lb Stewed tomatoes 1 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1 Bay leaf
Place liver in slow-cooking pot. Arrange bacon on top. Mix reamaining
ingredients and pour over liver. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Remove bay leaf.
