Ingredients:
1 md Chopped onion 1 Chopped green pepper 1 Chopped red pepper 2 lg Tomatoes (peeled, seeded & Diced) 1/4 c Butter 1/4 c Flour 1 1/4 c Heavy cream 2 1/4 lb Cooked carb meat Salt & pepper 1/4 c Sliced almonds 2 c Grated med cheddar
Preheat oven to 450. Saute vegetables in butter until tender.
Sprinkle with flour; stir until well blended. Add cream & simmer,
stirring, until thick. Stir in crab meat & seasonings. Spoon hot
mixture into greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle almonds & cheese.
Bake in oven just until cheese is golden.
