Ingredients:
3 tb Brown sugar 2 tb Butter 1 lg Ripe banana; peeled and -sliced lengthwise 2 tb Banana liqueur 2 oz White rum 1 tb Lemon juice 1/8 ts Cinnamon
Saut‚ bananas in sugar and butter until tender. Sprinkle liqueurs and rum
over the bananas; set aflame, basting the bananas until the flame dies out.
Spoon over vanilla ice cream. Serves 2.
