Servings: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 c Roquefort (or Blue) cheese 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Lemon juice 2/3 c Salad oil 2 tb Vinegar
Mash cheese with a little oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice,
vinegar and balance of oil. Shake well until creamy. There are lots of
recipes, but this is my personal favorite. Enjoy.
