Ingredients:
1 lb Turkey -- ground 1 ts Soy sauce 1/2 c Bread crumbs -- seasoned 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/3 c Onions -- finely chopped 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1 Egg -- beaten 4 Buns, burger -- toasted
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except burger buns. Shape meat
mixture into four patties, 1/2-inch thick. Broil or grill burgers about 6
inches from heat, for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
