Ingredients:
1 Bunch fresh broccoli -or- 2 pk (10-oz) chopped broccoli 1/2 c Milk 1 cn Cream of celery soup 1 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese Buttered bread or cracker -crumbs 2 Eggs; beaten
Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces. Cook in small amount of boiling. salted
water until just tender; drain. Combine eggs, milk, soup. mayonnaise and
cheese; stir into the cooked broccoli. Pour mixture into a well greased 2
quart casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for
30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown; Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 6-8.
