Ingredients:
6 Buffalo filets (6 oz ea) 1 c DEMI-GLAZE 1/4 c Sherry 1/3 c Heavy cream 1/4 c Red currant preserves
Broil filets. Heat glaze in pan. Add sherry & reduce by half. Add
cream & preserves & simmer 3 minutes. Serve over meat.
