Ingredients:
1 tb Veg oil 2 lb Butterfish or other fillets 1 1/2 tb Vinegar 1 tb Thin sliced fresh lemongrass 1 Fresh Jalapeno, chopped 1 pn Sugar 1/2 c Water
Heat oil in frying pan on med. Add fish and then other
ingred. Simmer uncovered 10 min, spooning pan juices
over fish frequently.
