Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 c Shredded sharp cheddar Cheese 1 c Thinly sliced green onions (including the tops) 3 Cloves garlic, minced 1 Loaf French bread (about 20 inch), halved lengthwise 1/3 c Minced fresh parsley (opt) Paprika (opt)
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions, and garlic; spread on bread halves. If
desired, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Wrap each half in foil.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or freeze. Unwrap and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes (20-25 minutes if frozen) or until
puffed but not brown. Cut into slices.
