Ingredients:
2 tb Oil 2 1/2 -3 lb chicken, cut in Serving sized pieces 1 cn (14 1/2oz) tomatoes, drained & chopped (reserving Liquid) 1 Env Lipton Onion soup 1/3 c Water
In large skillet, heat oil & brown chicken; drain. Add tomatoes &
soup mix (blended with the water & reserved liquid). Simmer
uncovered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is
tender.
