Ingredients:
1/2 lb Elbow Macaroni 2 tb Vegetable oil 3/4 lb Shrimp, shelled & deveined 1 Minced garlic clove 1 c Whipping cream 1 c Sliced green onion 1/2 ts Bottled hot sauce 3/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 c Finely shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 ts Salt
Prepare macaroni to package directions; drain. In med skillet,
combine oil, shrimp & garlic; cook just until shrimp is opaque. Stir
in next 6 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheeses
melt. Add macaroni; stir until coated; heat throughly. Serve
immediately.
