Ingredients:
1 c Water (Warm) 1 pk Dry yeast Let stand 5 mins. Add: 1 ts Salt 1 ts Sugar 1 tb Oil
Beat well.
Than add 1 1/2 cups of unbleached flour, beat until smooth. Add remaining 1
1/2 cups of flour.
knead if you need to. Then spread in to a 16 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 1/2 inch pan.
Spread on you favorite sauce and toppings. Bake for apx 15-20 mins. at 450
degrees.
