Ingredients:
1 c Fig preserves 2 c Flour 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Salt 1 ts Soda 2 Sticks margarine 3 Eggs 1 c Buttermilk 1 c Pecans 1 tb Vanilla 1/2 ts Cinnamon
Cream butter, add eggs and beat well. Gradually add milk; mix well. Add
flour, sugar, salt, soda and spices; beat well. Add fig preserves, pecans
and vanilla. Bake in greased and oblong pan for 45 minutes in a 325 degree
oven. Delicious and extra moist.
