Ingredients:
1/2 c Butter or margarine 1 ts Dried tarragon leaves 2 ts Chopped chives 2 tb Chopped parsley Salt and pepper 8 Chicken drumsticks
1. In a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish, melt butter in
e Oven 1 minute. 2. Add herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to
combine. 3. Place drumsticks in baking dish and toss lightly to coat drum-
sticks well with butter mixture. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 14
minutes or until chicken is done. Turn drumsticks occasionally. Variation:
If desired, drumsticks can be partially cooked over charcoal, then
transferred to Microwave Oven to finish cooking. The Microwave cooking time
would have to be adjusted because of the conventional cooking time.
