Ingredients:
6 c  Watermelon balls
5 c  Cubed fresh pineapple
1 1/2 c  Green grapes
1 1/2 c  Seedless red grapes
3/4 c  Creme de cassis (black
-currant liqueur)

WATERMELON COMPOTE

Combine forst 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Add liqueur; toss
gently to coat. Cover and chill. Yield: 12 servings. (about 130 calories
per 1 cup serving)
