Ingredients:
_____Cold Paste_____________ _____________ 1/4 c Flour 3/4 c Water -- cold _____Main Base______________ ________ 1/4 lb Butter -- softened, but Cold 3/4 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla
1. Make cold paste: blend flour and water in a small saucepan. Cook,
stirring constantly until clear. Cool completely.
2. Beat butter and sugar until VERY fluffy. Add vanilla, continue
beating. Add cold paste, one teaspoon at a time, and beat until it looks
like whipped cream.
