Servings: 6 Pints
Ingredients:
6 qt Tomatoes 3 md Onions 4 tb Salt 4 c White sugar 1/2 ts Cayenne 1/2 ts Black pepper 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1 c Vinegar(any kind)
Skin tomatoes. Put everything in a large kettle and boil until thick,
stirring often so it doesnt stick. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
Boiling takes a couple of hours until it is good and thick. Taste when its
pretty well done and add sugar or vinegar to taste. Makes about 6 pints.
