Ingredients:
1/2 c Orange marmalade 3 dr Almond extract 6 Sheets frozen phyllo pastry Thawed Butter-flavored Pam 1/4 c Light cream cheese -- or Regular 1 tb Sifted powdered sugar
Combine marmalade & extract; set aside. Coat phyllo sheets, working with 1
sheet at a time, lightly with Pam. Fold each in half lengthwise. Coat with
Pam; cut crosswise into 4 (6 1/2 x 4 1/2″) rectangles. Spread 1/2 tsp cream
cheese on short side of each phyllo strip; top each with 1 tsp marmalade
mixture. Fold long sides in about 1/2″. Beginning with the
marmalade-filled end, roll up jellyroll fashion. Place each roll, seam
side down, on a baking sheet. Coat tops of roll with Pam. Bake 375 for 7
min. Remove from pan & sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely.
