Ingredients:
1 lb Pineapple 1 1/2 c Sugar Little water
Pare, remove eyes; slice, taking out core or cut into sticks
lengthwise, or cut sticks into cubes, or grate. Put sugar and fruit
into preserving kettle with small amount of water and cook for 20
minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
