Ingredients:
3 Cloves fresh garlic, minced 3 lb Pork, cut in 2-inch cubes 15 Whole black peppercorns 1 Bay leaf 1/2 c Vinegar 6 tb Soy sauce 2 tb Sugar
Mix all ingredients together in large pot and simmer 1 hour. Serve with
rice and green vegetables.
