Ingredients:
Whole wheat pita pocket
1/2    Avacado
1/3 sm Onion -- sliced
1/2    Tomato -- sliced
5    To 6
Alfalfa sproats
1/4 c  Bbq sauce
1 tb Mayonnaise
Sliced fresh mushrooms

Mix onion and bbq sauce together and e for 1 min. Slice pita and
begin to fill the pocket. Mushrooms, bbq onions, tomato, avacado, mayo,
then top with sproats. The taste is a great combination! Enjoy!
