Ingredients:
1 Oven cooking bag, turkey Size 1 tb Flour 10 Fully cooked ham half, bone In Whole cloves
Preheat oven to 325. Shake flour into bag, place in large pan at
least 2″ deep. Trim skin from ham, leaving a thin layer of fat.
Score surface on ham in diamond pattern & insert cloves. Place ham in
bag. Close bag with nylon tie, cut siz 1/2″ slits in top. Insert meat
thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of ham, not
touching bone. Bake until thermometer reads 140, 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Let stand in bag 15 minutes.
