Ingredients:
9 Inch pie crust, unbaked 1 md Onion 1 tb Butter 1/2 lb Ground beef 3 tb Flour 8 oz Cheddar cheese -- shredded 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 c Milk 2 Eggs 1 Potatoes -- diced 1 Carrot -- diced Salt and pepper
Brown ground beef in butter; add onion. Stir in flour and salt and pepper.
Spread over pie crust; add cheese, potatoes, and carrots. In bowl, mix
milk, 2 eggs, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat and cheese. Place on
cookie sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 F or until a knife inserted in
middle comes out clean.
