Ingredients:
1/2 c Powdered sugar 1 tb Cornstarch 1 c Half & half 1 1/3 c Toasted coconut 1 c Coarsely chopped toasted Pecans
Stir together sugar, starch & half & half in med saucepan until
blended. Bring to simmering over med heat, stirring constantly; cook
1 minute until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut & pecans.
Cool 15 minutes. Spread over bar cookies.
