Ingredients:
ENDIVE SALAD
If I were doing this at home, I would line each salad plate with endive
leaves first,then shred the rest of the endive(1 ” thin strips.) Toss with
snow peas , mandarin oranges( from the can-drained),and pine nuts. Add an
oriental vinaigrette and you are allset. To make it portable, just cut all
up and dress lightly.
