Ingredients:
1 c Milk 1/2 c Coarsely grated sharp Cheddar 1 1/2 tb Each of flour & butter to Form a roux Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper 2 ts Dry sherry Tabasco 2 Muffins, split & toasted
Heat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mixture
over medium heat until thick. Add remaining seasonings to taste.
Serve over muffins.
