3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup frozen green peas
1 head of cauliflower, chopped and steamed
1 Tbsp curry powder
2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Heat canola oil in large skillet. Add onion and sauté for one minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir until vegetables are coated with the spices. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
