Ingredients:
2 1/2 Squares bitter chocolate 1 c Cold water 1/2 ts Salt 3/4 c Sugar 1/2 c Whipping cream Milk
Combine chocolate and water; cook until smooth and thick (about 20
minutes), stirring constantly. Add salt and sugar; cook 4 minutes. Cool.
Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Store in refrigerator. When
ready to use, heat milk to just below boiling. Add 1 tablespoon of
chocolate mixture to each cup of hot milk. Blend and serve.
