Ingredients:
4 Beef bouillon cubes 6 c Water 2 Onions; sliced coarsely
Bring water to a boil; add bouillon cubes. Taste for salt. Add onions and
cook for 2 to 3 hours at medium heat. Let soak for another hour to an hour
and a half. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
